CareerBuddy is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tele-Collection Agent (Bad Debts)

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to recover overdue and bad debt payments (365 days & above)
• Negotiate repayment terms and ensure compliance with commitments.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved cases

Requirements

• Recent years of experience in recovery.
• Experience in recovering bad debts accounts.
• Close proximity to Yaba
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.
• Minimum of OND qualification

Salary
N120,000 net per month, plus HMO benefit and incentives.
