Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the FMCG or Technology sector is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and expense tracking
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Screen calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
- Support project coordination and execution of strategic initiatives
- Improve office processes and administrative systems for efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience in the FMCG or Technology industry is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
