We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Industry Preference: FMCG/Technology

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the FMCG or Technology sector is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and expense tracking
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses
  • Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support project coordination and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Improve office processes and administrative systems for efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Experience in the FMCG or Technology industry is preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
