Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain professionalism while attending to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, social media, email, and walk-ins
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up on customer requests and pending issues
• Keep proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Support sales and administrative activities when required
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND qualification
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is an added advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media communication
• Must be smart, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Candidate must not be above 35 years of age.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly (Based on experience).
