Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced Sales Supervisors to lead field sales operations across assigned territories.
- The successful candidate will drive sales growth, manage Field Executives, strengthen customer relationships, ensure product availability, and deliver business targets through effective market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales volume growth across assigned territories.
- Supervise, coach, and monitor Field Executives to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure the right product mix and product availability across customer outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Ensure excellent merchandising standards and brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Execute territory and route-to-market plans effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree.
- 3–5 years' sales experience, preferably within FMCG, beverage, or distribution industries.
- Previous experience managing sales teams is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
