About the Role
- Elkris Bio-Health Foods Nigeria Limited is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and field-oriented professional to coordinate and drive the performance of its Super Stockist and Trial Order Marketing network across Lagos State.
- The Super Stockist & Trial Order Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, monitoring, and developing Super Stockists and Trial Order Marketers while ensuring effective product distribution, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, inventory accountability, and operational compliance.
- The successful candidate must possess strong leadership, training, coaching, field execution, and people management skills, with the ability to build high-performing grassroots sales teams capable of driving market penetration and sustainable revenue growth.
Job Summary
- The Super Stockist & Trial Order Coordinator will provide direct supervision and support to all Super Stockists and Trial Order Marketers within Lagos.
- The role will ensure effective deployment of sales strategies, territory coverage, inventory management, lead generation activities, customer engagement initiatives, and sales performance monitoring while driving continuous capability development and operational excellence across the network.
Key Responsibilites
Super Stockist Network Management:
- Coordinate all Super Stockists within Lagos State.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, product accountability, and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure efficient product distribution and availability across assigned territories.
- Support Super Stockists in achieving operational and sales objectives.
- Conduct routine stock audits and performance reviews.
Trial Order Marketer Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate Trial Order Marketers across Lagos.
- Monitor daily lead generation, customer acquisition, trial orders, and conversion activities.
- Ensure compliance with daily activity expectations and performance standards.
- Track field activities and provide regular performance feedback.
- Drive accountability and productivity across all marketers.
Training & Capability Development:
- Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new Super Stockists and Trial Order Marketers.
- Conduct regular field coaching, refresher training, and performance improvement sessions.
- Develop training materials and operational guides.
- Build product knowledge, sales capability, customer engagement skills, and market development competence within the team.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective development initiatives.
Sales Growth & Market Expansion:
- Drive territory expansion and market penetration initiatives.
- Support the achievement of sales, distribution, and customer acquisition targets.

Lead Generation & Conversion Management:

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

Customer Relationship Management:

Person Specification
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG sales, field operations, sales coordination, distribution management, training, or business development.
- Experience managing field sales teams, distributors, stockists, or grassroots marketing structures is highly desirable.
