Key Purpose
- The key purpose of this role is to leverage capital and people resources in order to enhance sustainable growth in sales volume, market share and competitive advantage.

- Order Control and Capturing
- Sales Calls
- Product Promotion/Targeted Sales
- Mix/Portfolio Management
- Stock Management and allocation
- Payment sourcing and negotiation
- Proof of payment/posting tracking
- Empties Tracking
- Formalized NPS and Surveys
- Customer Complaint Resolution
KPIs
- Volume KPIs (Beer, Focus brands, Malt, Energy)
- CIC Productivity KPIs (Plan Adherence, Contractability, Effectiveness, Coverage, Zero Purchase customers, Frequency of purchase).
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Administrative or other Related Course
- 2-3 Years’ experience in Customer experience, Call handling, Sales or similar role
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications i.e. (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in the use of Salesforce/S4Hana
- Related Certification is an added advantage.
