Job Summary
- EE Wellness is seeking a skilled and creative Chef/Cook with expertise in preparing both Nigerian and international cuisines.
- The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality meals with excellent taste, presentation, and consistency while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Nigerian and international dishes
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
- Plan menus and assist with food costing and inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and equipment
- Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Minimize food waste and monitor kitchen supplies.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook specializing in Nigerian and international cuisines
- Culinary training or certification is an added advantage
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills
- Applicants must reside within Alakija/Satellite Town axis.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Shift-based (including weekends as required).
