Job Title: Chef / Cook (Nigerian & International Cuisines)

Location: Alakija / Satellite Town, Lagos

Job Summary

• EE Wellness is seeking a skilled and creative Chef/Cook with expertise in preparing both Nigerian and international cuisines.
• The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality meals with excellent taste, presentation, and consistency while maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Nigerian and international dishes
• Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation
• Plan menus and assist with food costing and inventory management
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and equipment
• Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Minimize food waste and monitor kitchen supplies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook specializing in Nigerian and international cuisines
• Culinary training or certification is an added advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, time-management, and teamwork skills
• Applicants must reside within Alakija/Satellite Town axis.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• Shift-based (including weekends as required).
