Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Role Description
- The post holder will serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building
- or calling in on the phone. S/he will receives visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- In addition, the incumbent will address customer questions and concerns through various channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media, resolve complaints and handle complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the customer feels heard and valued.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years Post-NYSC Experience
- Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short
period of time
- Attention to detail
- Oral and written Communication
- Personal organization & Personal Effectiveness
- PC/personal productivity tools - Words for windows, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Strong quantitative skills
- Highly dependable, very organized, able to work independently
- Excellent clients & vendors management skills
- High level Digital Proficiency.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
