Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Role Description

• The post holder will serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building
• or calling in on the phone. S/he will receives visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• In addition, the incumbent will address customer questions and concerns through various channels, including phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media, resolve complaints and handle complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring the customer feels heard and valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years Post-NYSC Experience
• Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short
  period of time
• Attention to detail
• Oral and written Communication
• Personal organization & Personal Effectiveness
• PC/personal productivity tools - Words for windows, Excel, PowerPoint,
• Strong quantitative skills
• Highly dependable, very organized, able to work independently
• Excellent clients & vendors management skills
• High level Digital Proficiency.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
