We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid
Industry: Information Technology / Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and bid documents.
  • Manage customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Previous experience selling IT solutions, software, or technology services is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and business engagements.

Salary
N16,000,000 per annum.
