We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the recruitment process and help coordinate seamless integration of new talent.
  • Support Employee Records: Support the maintenance of accurate, up-to-date employee records and secure HR documentation.
  • Support Payroll & Compliance: Support payroll administration and assist with guaranteeing timely statutory compliance.
  • Support Performance & Engagement: Support the drive for performance management frameworks and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support Policy Enforcement: Support the implementation and firm upholding of company policies and Nigerian Labour Law.
  • Support Employee Relations: Support workplace matters professionally, transparently, and decisively to maintain a smooth workspace.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience (preferably within a professional services or law firm environment).
  • Legal Knowledge: Understanding of Nigerian Labour Law.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication: Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
