Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated, technology-driven, and detail-oriented NYSC Corps Member to join our team as a Project Administration & Operations Assistant.
- This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, business operations, administration, and professional services within a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support across project and business functions, including:
- Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and meeting coordination.
- Support project documentation, records management, and document control processes.
- Maintain project trackers, action logs, and status reports.
- Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, expense monitoring, and related administrative activities.
- Support procurement activities and vendor coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Assist with business development initiatives and social media administration.
- Provide general office administration and operational support.
- Support compliance documentation, record keeping, and organizational filing systems.
- Assist in coordinating project-related communications and follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in: Business Administration, Project Management, Estate Management, Accounting, Economics, Mass CommunicationOr related disciplines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.Technology-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment.
- Must reside in Lekki, Ajah, Chevron, Sangotedo, or nearby locations.
Added Advantage:
- Candidates with knowledge or experience in any of the following will have an added advantage: CanvaZoho BooksTrello, ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft ProjectAI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and other workplace automation platforms. Basic project coordination or administrative experience.
