We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: After-Sales Service Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • As the Aftersales Service Representative, you will manage post-purchase customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • You will handle warranty claims, repairs, and service requests while coordinating with logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Your role will also involve providing product guidance, promoting compatible accessories, and maintaining accurate service records in CRM systems.
  • Through excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will strengthen customer loyalty and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints about phone accessories products
  • Product Support: Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, replacement options
  • Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and technical specifications
  • Sales Support: Identify sales opportunities, promote products, and provide product recommendations
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer feedback, product performance, and sales trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Sales or any other related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the phone accessories industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with phone accessories products and technology.

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000/month.
