Job Title: After-Sales Service Specialist
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- As the Aftersales Service Representative, you will manage post-purchase customer interactions, ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- You will handle warranty claims, repairs, and service requests while coordinating with logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Your role will also involve providing product guidance, promoting compatible accessories, and maintaining accurate service records in CRM systems.
- Through excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you will strengthen customer loyalty and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints about phone accessories products
- Product Support: Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, replacement options
- Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and handle returns or exchanges
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and technical specifications
- Sales Support: Identify sales opportunities, promote products, and provide product recommendations
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on customer feedback, product performance, and sales trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Sales or any other related field
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the phone accessories industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with phone accessories products and technology.
Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000/month.
