Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development to identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and confident in client-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies with business goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
Salary
N200,000 / month plus commission.
