Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–4 years of experience in sales or business development to identify new opportunities, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, strategic, and confident in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies with business goals
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.

Requirements

  • BSc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

Salary
N200,000 / month plus commission.
