Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Locations: Lagos & Kano

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, driving team performance and professional development
- Own and grow a portfolio of key corporate and high-net-worth individual accounts
- Develop business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base in the Lekki axis
- Negotiate large-ticket fleet deals, institutional orders, and multi-vehicle transactions
- Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales pipeline priorities
- Prepare and present detailed sales performance analysis, forecasts, and pipeline reports to senior management
- Represent the organisation at high-level networking events, sector exhibitions, and executive engagements
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and product gaps to inform strategic sales planning
Qualifications & Competencies
- B.Sc / HND; MBA Degree is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years in auto sales
- Advanced automobile sales expertise
- Business development acumen
- Key account management
- Team leadership & mentoring
- Strong revenue generation record
- Strategic sales planning.
