We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Locations: Lagos & Kano
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, driving team performance and professional development
• Own and grow a portfolio of key corporate and high-net-worth individual accounts
• Develop business development strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base in the Lekki axis
• Negotiate large-ticket fleet deals, institutional orders, and multi-vehicle transactions
• Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales pipeline priorities
• Prepare and present detailed sales performance analysis, forecasts, and pipeline reports to senior management
• Represent the organisation at high-level networking events, sector exhibitions, and executive engagements
• Identify market trends, competitive threats, and product gaps to inform strategic sales planning

Qualifications & Competencies

• B.Sc / HND; MBA Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years in auto sales
• Advanced automobile sales expertise
• Business development acumen
• Key account management
• Team leadership & mentoring
• Strong revenue generation record
• Strategic sales planning.
