Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven, and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure products are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- This role is ideal for smart, ambitious individuals with strong leadership potential who can drive performance and continuous improvement. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.
- Supervise and support production staff.
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures.
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and team management abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency is an advantage.
- Previous production or operations experience is an advantage but not required.
