Job Title: Production Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven, and proactive Production Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure products are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
• This role is ideal for smart, ambitious individuals with strong leadership potential who can drive performance and continuous improvement. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.
• Supervise and support production staff.
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and resource utilization.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent qualification.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous production or operations experience is an advantage but not required.
