Job Title: CRM Strategist

Location: Lekki Aviation Town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven CRM Strategist to manage customer relationship systems, improve customer engagement strategies, and optimize customer lifecycle management.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CRM databases, analyzing customer data, supporting marketing and sales automation, and enhancing customer retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and database.
  • Ensure accurate customer data entry, updates, cleansing, and segmentation.
  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Monitor customer journeys and lifecycle touchpoints to improve customer experience.
  • Generate CRM performance reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Automate workflows, email campaigns, and customer communication processes.
  • Analyze customer behavior, trends, and campaign performance to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data privacy, compliance, and proper CRM documentation.
  • Provide user support and training to internal teams on CRM best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years proven experience as a CRM Stategist, CRM Analyst, Customer Success Specialist, or related role.
  • Data entry accuracy and Nurture sequence and customer communication experience.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of email marketing automation and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and data management.
