Job Summary
- We are seeking a driven and sales-oriented Business Development Officer to support the growth of our HR Outsourcing business.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and promoting our HR services to new and existing clients.
- This role is heavily sales-focused and target-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for HR outsourcing services.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and field marketing.
- Convert prospects into paying clients and secure outsourcing contracts.
- Promote and cross-sell other HR products and services.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Provide weekly sales and performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in the service-providing industry is an added advantage).
- Strong sales drive and confidence in closing deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
