Job Title: Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC)

Location: Regional (Northwest / Southeast)

Role Summary

  • The Regional Sales Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for driving aggressive regional revenue growth, retail expansion, and brand visibility within the assigned region.
  • This role owns regional sales targets through stockist acquisition, retail development, trade activations, corporate sales, and continuous market intelligence.
  • As the primary commercial representative in the region, the RSC ensures strict execution of sales strategies and alignment with national revenue objectives, contributing directly to the ₦10B growth mandate.
  • This role includes a fixed salary and a performance-based commission structure tied directly to regional sales performance and business growth outcomes.

Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years relevant experience in sales, business development, or regional trade management.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving multi-million-naira sales targets in FMCG, beauty, skincare, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of regional retail and distribution ecosystems.
  • High level of mobility and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • Proficiency in basic reporting tools, WhatsApp Business, and professional email communication.
  • Performance-driven with a strong focus on results and target achievement.
  • Confident communicator capable of building trust with clients from boutique retailers to corporate buyers
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in field operations.
  • Demonstrated integrity and accountability in client engagement, reporting, and financial Dealings

Remuneration Package

  • Fixed Monthly Salary N200,000 net per month, subject to periodic review based on performance and career progression.
  • Variable Pay (Performance Commission) Variable pay is tied directly to monthly sales performance.
