Job Title: Supervisor
Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensure detailed cleaning of rooms, bar, kitchen and environment.
- Daily stock record.
- Supervising staff activities to ensure good customer service.
- Oversee activities In all sections (front desk, bar, kitchen, security, housekeepers and laundry).
- Report all customer complains and observation to the manager.
- Follow up with maintenance works to ensure on time repair while ensuring safe and quality job.
- Purchase of supplies.
- Report all anti policy activities of staffs and guest for immediate actions.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
