We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure detailed cleaning of rooms, bar, kitchen and environment.
• Daily stock record.
• Supervising staff activities to ensure good customer service.
• Oversee activities In all sections (front desk, bar, kitchen, security, housekeepers and laundry).
• Report all customer complains and observation to the manager.
• Follow up with maintenance works to ensure on time repair while ensuring safe and quality job.
• Purchase of supplies.
• Report all anti policy activities of staffs and guest for immediate actions.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
