Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the delivery of recruitment projects for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency, consulting, or staffing environments and will be responsible for managing multiple recruitment assignments, building talent pipelines, coordinating with clients, and delivering quality candidates within agreed timelines.
- The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to successfully execute both specialized and high-volume recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments for client organizations across multiple industries and functions.
- Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs, timelines, and role specifications.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for both specialized and bulk recruitment projects.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, talent databases, and direct search methods.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability against client requirements.
- Prepare candidate shortlists, profiles, interview reports, and recommendations for client review.
- Coordinate interview processes between candidates and client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future client requirements.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns while ensuring quality and turnaround time targets are achieved.
- Provide clients with regular recruitment updates, market insights, and hiring progress reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying talent market trends and providing recruitment intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, executive search firm, consulting firm, or staffing organization.
- Proven experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience handling bulk recruitment and large-scale hiring campaigns.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting skills across various recruitment channels.
- Experience engaging directly with clients and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet strict delivery timelines.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
