Role Overview
- We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is more than an administrator—someone who can operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and Creative Director, driving execution, accountability, and operational excellence across the business.
- The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support while overseeing critical operational and project coordination functions.
- This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional capable of managing competing priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and strategic commitments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and documentation.
- Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely execution of leadership decisions.
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders.
Creative & Production Coordination:
- Oversee order progression from client approval through delivery.
- Coordinate communication between design, production, and client-facing teams.
- Monitor project timelines, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
Operations & Systems Oversight:
- Maintain and improve operational workflows, systems, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and established processes.
- Track key operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and consistency.
Project & Team Management:
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
- Monitor deadlines and follow through across multiple stakeholders.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination activities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, executive support, business administration, or a related leadership-support role.
- Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset.
- Excellent project management and coordination skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in productivity and project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fashion industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
