Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is more than an administrator—someone who can operate as a strategic partner to the CEO and Creative Director, driving execution, accountability, and operational excellence across the business.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support while overseeing critical operational and project coordination functions.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional capable of managing competing priorities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and strategic commitments.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting briefs, and documentation.
Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely execution of leadership decisions.
Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders.
Creative & Production Coordination:
Oversee order progression from client approval through delivery.
Coordinate communication between design, production, and client-facing teams.
Monitor project timelines, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
Identify and escalate potential risks, delays, or operational bottlenecks.
Operations & Systems Oversight:
Maintain and improve operational workflows, systems, and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and established processes.
Track key operational metrics and performance indicators.
Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and consistency.
Project & Team Management:
Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
Ensure priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
Monitor deadlines and follow through across multiple stakeholders.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team coordination activities when required.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, executive support, business administration, or a related leadership-support role.
Strong operational and systems-thinking mindset.
Excellent project management and coordination skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in productivity and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fashion industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
