Job Summary
- We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong, lasting client relationships.
- In this role, you will take ownership of the sales process from prospecting to closing while working closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client projects.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and confident in engaging and converting prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Lead negotiations and successfully close deals in line with company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and analytics) to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Maintain and report on sales pipeline, performance, and revenue forecasts
- Ensure consistent follow-up with clients and support debt recovery where required
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
- HND, BSc, or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in digital media or advertising is an added advantage
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
