Job Title: Personal Asistant

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy personal assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support.
- The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day personal and business tasks to ensure the smooth running of the employer's activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
- Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Organize and maintain confidential records, documents, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
Personal Support:
- Assist with personal errands and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Manage reminders for important deadlines, appointments, and commitments.
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and household staff where applicable.
Coordination & Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.
Confidentiality & Compliance:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and professional standards.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Effective management of schedules and appointments.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Accuracy and quality of documentation and correspondence.
- Responsiveness to communications and requests.
- Maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and support effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, HND,or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 1–3years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative officer, or similar role.
- Experience supporting senior executives is an advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
