We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Asistant

Location: Victoria Island (Akin Adeshola), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy personal assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support.
  • The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day personal and business tasks to ensure the smooth running of the employer's activities.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain confidential records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.

Personal Support:

  • Assist with personal errands and day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Manage reminders for important deadlines, appointments, and commitments.
  • Liaise with service providers, vendors, and household staff where applicable.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the employer and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.

Confidentiality & Compliance:

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and professional standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Effective management of schedules and appointments.
  • Timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Accuracy and quality of documentation and correspondence.
  • Responsiveness to communications and requests.
  • Maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction and support effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree, HND,or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 1–3years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative officer, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives is an advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
  • Performance-based bonuses (where applicable).
