Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, organized, and enthusiastic NYSC Member to join our Human Resources team.
- The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR operations while gaining practical experience in human resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in drafting HR-related correspondence and reports
- Coordinate communication with candidates and employees
- Support training, engagement, and other HR initiatives
- Ensure proper filing and management of confidential HR documents
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Must be a serving NYSC Member
- Must have a minimum of 10 months of service remaining
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must reside in Yaba or its environs.
Salary
N50,000 per month.
