Job Title: Female - HR Intern (NYSC)

Location: Sabo, Yaba - Lagos
Employment Type: NYSC, Internship (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, organized, and enthusiastic NYSC Member to join our Human Resources team.
• The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR operations while gaining practical experience in human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in drafting HR-related correspondence and reports
• Coordinate communication with candidates and employees
• Support training, engagement, and other HR initiatives
• Ensure proper filing and management of confidential HR documents
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Must be a serving NYSC Member
• Must have a minimum of 10 months of service remaining
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must reside in Yaba or its environs.

Salary
N50,000 per month.
