Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, supervising sales personnel, and achieving property sales targets.
- This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Develop action plans to increase market share and drive business growth.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle key client negotiations and close high-value property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to improve business performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Number of properties sold.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Client retention and satisfaction levels.
- Team performance and productivity metrics.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
