Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

  • We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, supervising sales personnel, and achieving property sales targets.
  • This role requires a highly motivated professional with strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Set sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Develop action plans to increase market share and drive business growth.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Handle key client negotiations and close high-value property transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to improve business performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Number of properties sold.
  • Lead conversion rate.
  • Client retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Team performance and productivity metrics.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years' experience in sales, business development, or sales management.
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
