Description
- We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Social Worker to provide counseling, mental health support, and social services to individuals and families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records
- Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with appropriate resources
- Conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups
- Participate in case management and follow-up services
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health and social work
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Familiarity with electronic health records and case management software
- Fluency in multiple languages
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
