Job Title: Clinical Social Worker

Description

• We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Social Worker to provide counseling, mental health support, and social services to individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Offer crisis intervention and support during emergencies
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with appropriate resources
• Conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups
• Participate in case management and follow-up services
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in mental health and social work

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations
• Familiarity with electronic health records and case management software
• Fluency in multiple languages
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
