Job Summary

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience in a similar - sized or larger organization.
- Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is required.
- Experience within the technology, software, cybersecurity, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and implement people - focused strategies.
