Job Summary

• This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the organization's people strategy, drive HR initiatives, and play a key role in supporting its continued growth and transformation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years of HR experience in a similar - sized or larger organization.
• Professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) is required.
• Experience within the technology, software, cybersecurity, or related industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong people management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives, support organizational growth, and implement people - focused strategies.
