We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Business Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT), Lagos, Abia,  Adamawa, Cross River , Delta, Edo, Kaduna, Kano,  Ogun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory's market dynamics.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, trends, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales agents, providing guidance and regular performance feedback.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about trends, competition, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to sales.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services
• sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
