Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Victoria Island (V.I), Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and expand our client base within the technology sector.
  • The ideal candidate must have proven experience in business development within a technology company and possess a strong understanding of technology products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans
  • Generate leads, conduct client presentations, and negotiate business deals
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Prepare business proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics

Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven Business Development experience within a Technology company
  • Strong understanding of technology products, software solutions, IT services, or digital solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
