Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Overview

  • We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily running of our office, supervising internal staff, managing workflow, and ensuring total discipline and organization.
  • The ideal candidate will enforce standards and keep multiple client files moving seamlessly toward completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workflow, monitor staff attendance and punctuality, assign daily tasks, and maintain a highly professional office environment.
  • Direct, supervise, and support the Client Investment Advisor, Social Media Lead, and Office Assistant. Ensure deadlines are met and escalate performance issues directly to the CEO.
  • Own and maintain the master client tracker, ensuring every single client file has a completed checklist and track application stages thoroughly.
  • Review client documents for absolute accuracy, completeness, proper naming conventions, and filing readiness before final executive or partner review.
  • Compile and present a comprehensive weekly operations report every Friday detailing active files, pending documents, staff performance, and matters needing CEO approval.
  • Drive team compliance with approved corporate trackers, standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and shared folder structures.
  • Ensure clients receive timely, professional, and brand-aligned communication via approved channels.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Compliance, Business Operations, Investment Advisory, or structured corporate environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to supervise staff, enforce operational standards professionally, and handle confidential client data with absolute integrity.
  • Advanced confidence using Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets), and CRM/database systems.
  • Obsessed with attention to detail, checklists, master trackers, deadlines, and strict documentation control.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage escalation processes effectively.
