Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Executive Director.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination of executive activities, effective communication, and efficient management of daily operations within the Executive Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and correspondence on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, track action points, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and the smooth day-to-day operations of the Executive Office.
- Maintain confidential records, manage office logistics, and ensure high standards of professionalism and discretion at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives.
- Proven experience in executive administration, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of administrative and operational processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong reporting, documentation, and record management skills.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and project management applications.
- Ability to prepare professional presentations and executive reports.
