Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Job Description
- The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for security and operational roles.
- The role ensures that all applicants meet the organization’s requirements, successfully complete necessary verification processes, and are deployed in line with company standards and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for available positions.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify qualified applicants.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial application through onboarding and deployment.
- Verify candidates’ credentials, employment history, references, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records, databases, and reports.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring activities.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of personnel.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (experience within the security industry is an added advantage).
- Ability to ride a motorcycle and good knowledge of local routes and locations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment documentation tools.
Salary
USD $52,282 / Per Year.
