Hoganguards Limited has garnered experience spanning over two decades since its inception in 1981 by dealing with only reputable and well-organized companies and providing security surveillance for major oil companies, diplomatic missions, banks, and various industrial and residential concerns.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for security and operational roles.
  • The role ensures that all applicants meet the organization’s requirements, successfully complete necessary verification processes, and are deployed in line with company standards and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for available positions.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify qualified applicants.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial application through onboarding and deployment.
  • Verify candidates’ credentials, employment history, references, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records, databases, and reports.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring activities.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of personnel.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (experience within the security industry is an added advantage).
  • Ability to ride a motorcycle and good knowledge of local routes and locations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment documentation tools.

Salary
USD $52,282 / Per Year.
