Role Overview
- We are looking for a results-driven Manager to join our team.
- This role involves leading projects that support government and public institutions in achieving policy, operational, and digital transformation goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector dynamics and a passion for driving impact through strategic advisory and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage public sector consulting engagements from planning through execution.
- Provide strategic advice to government clients on policy, governance, and operational improvements.
- Design and implement public sector reform and digital transformation initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders.
- Support business development efforts including proposal writing and client presentations.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree from top universities (Engineering, Business Administration/Economics) MBA from a reputable university is a plus
- 6 years of experience in industry and relevant functional work with strategy, boutique, or consulting firms
- Sector experience is a plus
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to articulate how a problem is approached and decomposed
- Experiences in creating consulting style PowerPoint deliverables, status reports, meeting notes, project tracking etc.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with superior ability to interface well with individuals of varying levels and backgrounds in order to develop strong partnerships both internally and externally
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills and adaptation skills
- Excellent communication, demonstration and presentation skills
- Full computer literacy.
