Role Overview

• We are looking for a results-driven Manager to join our team.
• This role involves leading projects that support government and public institutions in achieving policy, operational, and digital transformation goals.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of public sector dynamics and a passion for driving impact through strategic advisory and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage public sector consulting engagements from planning through execution.
• Provide strategic advice to government clients on policy, governance, and operational improvements.
• Design and implement public sector reform and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public sector stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and analysts.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree from top universities (Engineering, Business Administration/Economics) MBA from a reputable university is a plus
• 6 years of experience in industry and relevant functional work with strategy, boutique, or consulting firms
• Sector experience is a plus
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to articulate how a problem is approached and decomposed
• Experiences in creating consulting style PowerPoint deliverables, status reports, meeting notes, project tracking etc.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with superior ability to interface well with individuals of varying levels and backgrounds in order to develop strong partnerships both internally and externally
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills and adaptation skills
• Excellent communication, demonstration and presentation skills
• Full computer literacy.
