Job Title: Customer Service Executive (International Logistics)

Description
- We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and results-driven Customer Service Executive to ensure exceptional service delivery across our international logistics operations.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of freight forwarding and logistics processes.
- This role requires a professional who can effectively manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal stakeholders, resolve service issues promptly, and contribute to business growth through excellent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer complaints, investigate service issues, and implement timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders.
- Track shipments and provide proactive cargo status updates to clients.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Documentation, Customs Clearance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations provided to clients to increase conversion rates and secure shipments.
- Support customer retention and business growth through excellent account management and customer engagement.
- Manage service recovery processes and ensure prompt resolution of shipment-related challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and shipment updates.
- Prepare periodic customer service reports as required by management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–4 years' experience in customer service within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of international freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance processes, and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of Incoterms is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics/customer service management systems.
