Job Summary
- We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to identify potential customers, present products or services, close sales, and maintain strong client relationships.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers
- Present and explain products or services to clients
- Negotiate prices and close sales deals
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare sales reports and customer records
- Respond to customer questions and complaints
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and sales events
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of OND
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
